Scottish charity, Al-Amin, supported Gift of the Givers projects in Yemen by providing 200 food parcels to IDP's and people in the Blind Village in Hajjah Province.
Medical supplies were provided to 4 patients, 1 of whom needing surgery.

Caring Sisters Network and 10 other women groups raised funds to purchase canned food to fill 3 containers for Yemen.
The groups arrived at Gift of the Givers warehouse in Dube Trade Port at King Shaka Airport to sort and pack.
Thus far 18 containers have been sent thus far. Loading of a further 12 is underway.

Gift of the Givers team does a walkabout in Aljahmliah area, Taiz, to locate families in need of food and evacuation.
4000 families were found. These families live in the front line of the war zone and are unable to leave. Some are living with explosives that can't be removed from their homes. Without the help of an expert sadly these families continue living with the fear of it detonating.
Preferred items include rice, oil, sugar, tinned beans, tinned fish, high energy, vitamin enriched porridge and medical supplies.
