Gift of the Givers Education initiatives boosted by Tom Tom
Construction of quality classrooms, sanitation, water provision, IT, libraries, food parcels, feeding schemes, counselling, life skills, stationery, sports, uniforms, entrepreneurship, tutoring, bursaries and special schools are areas that require intervention to provide care and boost the quality of education in South Africa. Gift of the Givers has spent R190 million in these and many other areas over the years.
Tom Tom has intervened with its CSI spend. For every pair of Tom Tom sold Gift of the Givers will receive R2, in addition, substantial cash contributions and shoes in kind for learners will be sponsored yearly.
