"We know drought, but never experienced drought for this long. Farmers are on their knees, battling to put food on the table. Workers must be paid. All our finances are exhausted, we have reached our limits at the banks and are dipping into our pension money just to survive.”

These were the heartbreaking 💔 words of Mr Dean Gores, a 67 year-old farmer who has been feeling the crippling effects of drought.

To alleviate some of their stress, our team delivered 200 food parcels 🥫 and hygiene packs 🧼 to struggling farmers and workers in the area of #BeaufortWest 📍
