Continuous Development of Counsellors
At Careline we believe that in order to provide a professional service it is vitally important to engage in new learnings and keep informed of the latest developments. We strive to maintain our standard through constantly evaluating our service. Our needs and gaps are identified through case-load and current social issues.
Counsellors are continuously provided with training, workshops and talks that are relevant to counselling. In addition topics that focus on the counsellor’s personal development are explored as well. The upliftment and development of our counsellors is an investment we make in order to offer a value added service to our clients.
